By accessing or using MathLyft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MathLyft is a web-based and mobile platform that helps parents and teachers create math fact fluency quizzes for children. The service includes student profile management, quiz generation, practice sessions, and progress tracking.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Parent and teacher accounts can create and manage student profiles.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent or teacher account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service

5. Student Data

Student profiles are created and managed by parent or teacher accounts. As the account holder, you are responsible for the accuracy of student information and for obtaining any necessary consent for minors under your care.

6. Intellectual Property

The MathLyft name, logo, and all associated content, design, and software are the property of MathLyft. Quiz content is generated algorithmically and may be used freely for educational purposes.

7. Free Service

MathLyft is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing free functionality will remain available.

8. Availability

We strive to keep MathLyft available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

MathLyft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
